You must authenticate using a business Google account or LinkedIn. Personal @gmail.com accounts are not accepted.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement

Access to investor materials requires acceptance of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The NDA is a legally binding agreement between you and the company. NDA acceptance is recorded permanently and cannot be revoked.

All materials accessed through this portal are confidential and subject to the terms of the NDA.

4. Content & Materials

All investor materials — including pitch decks, financial models, audio summaries, and AI-generated content — are the confidential property of the company. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or share materials with any third party
• Remove, alter, or obscure digital watermarks
• Screenshot, record, or otherwise capture material content
• Use materials for any purpose other than evaluating the investment opportunity

5. Q AI Assistant

Q is an AI-powered assistant that answers questions using the company's knowledge base. Responses are generated by AI and cite their sources. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses should not be considered financial, legal, or investment advice. All investment decisions should be based on your own due diligence.

All conversations with Q are logged for quality improvement and audit purposes.

6. Watermarking & Audit

All materials are digitally watermarked with your identity. All access is logged. If confidential materials are found to have been shared in violation of the NDA, the watermark and audit trail will be used to identify the source of the breach.
